Climate in Dubai

The Climate in Dubai is a dry subtropical one with blue skies and sunshines all over the year.


Summer: Between June and September, the temperature really high and may reach about 450C and more during daytime. Even the temperature of sea will reach to a maximum of 400C.

Winter: Between December and March, the temperature comes to its lower value to 230C during day and about 140C at night.

Monsoon:  There is no time which can be precisely mentioned as the monsoon period in Dubai. Rainfall is very little here. It rarely occurs in the winter season itself as it is the coolest time.

Best Time to travel Dubai

The best time to make a travel to Dubai is during the winter season when the temperature is cool. There will be gentle winds during this time which keeps the temperature cooler. Also there may be a chance of experiencing the rare rainfall during this time. Also the one and only Dubai Shopping Festival (DSF) take place during January - February and that too in this season.

How to Reach Dubai

We can reach Dubai via all three means of transport - road, water and air. The road transport connects Dubai internationally with Oman only.

By Air

The main airport in Dubai is Dubai International Airport. The other airports through which we can travel to Dubai is the Sharjah International Airport (SHJ) in Sharjah and the Abu Dhabi International Airport (AUH) in Abu Dhabi. Sharjah and Abu Dhabi are the neighbour emirates of Dubai. 
Emirates are the official airlines of Dubai. They connect Dubai with over 100 countries around the globe. Fly Dubai is the economical low cost airlines of Dubai.

By Road

Tourists visiting through Oman can travel to Dubai via road since the only international border through road is Oman.
